How long does delivery take?+

Standard orders are printed by our overseas production partner and ship to you from Florida in 10-14 business days. Express Direct ships straight from our production partner in 7-10 business days, for $25.00 on orders of 25 or more Full-Size and Oversize pieces. Orders of 50 or more Full-Size and Oversize pieces get Express Direct included, at no charge. Every order is tracked. Order 2 to 3 weeks before you need them. Need it faster? Add Express Direct at checkout on eligible orders.

Is shipping really included?+

Yes. Every price includes tracked US shipping. We ship to the US only for now.

Is there a rush option?+

No. We keep one simple, reliable timeline.

What about holidays?+

Our production partner closes for major holidays, including Chinese New Year. We post affected dates in the banner at the top of the site.

How do I press them?+

High, firm pressure at 300 F, range 270-315 F for 10 seconds, range 7-12, then hot peel. Pre-press 3-5 seconds. Settings vary by press, so test one first.

What file should I upload?+

A transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the size you want printed is best. JPEG works too, and PDF, SVG and AI files convert to PNG automatically when you drop them in. Up to 50 MB.

What if my file has no transparent background?+

A JPEG, or a PNG with no transparent pixels, prints as a solid rectangle, background included. Before it can go in the cart you choose: print it as a rectangle, or add AI Vectorize, which removes the background. A design you chose to print as a rectangle is not a print defect, so it is not covered by a reprint or PAXEL Protect.

Do you fix or edit artwork?+

We print your artwork as submitted unless you add AI Vectorize ($10.00 per design). It works best on logos and flat artwork, cleaning up low-resolution files before printing.

How do the price tiers work?+

Tiers are cumulative per product. All your full-size pieces across every design count toward one tier.

Is there a minimum?+

Yes. At least 10 Full-Size and Oversize pieces combined, or at least 12 Small Logo pieces. Singles are not sold.

What is PAXEL Protect?+

Optional shipping protection, on by default and removable in your cart. Lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or damaged? We reship it free, one time, for the affected items. No cash refunds. The price is based on your subtotal, from $1.55.

How do I file a PAXEL claim?+

Reply to your order email or use the site chat with your order number. Send a photo for damage. File within 15 days of the delivery date or 30 days of the ship date.

Can I return transfers?+

Custom products are not returnable. If there is a print defect, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we reprint free. Nothing needs to be mailed back.

Who prints the transfers?+

Every transfer is printed by our overseas production partner, not in the US. Standard orders are packed individually and ship to you from our Florida shop. Express Direct orders ship straight from the partner to you, with duties already included, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
