The fine print

Turnaround and shipping

Standard orders are printed by our overseas production partner and ship to you from Florida in 10-14 business days.

Express Direct ships straight from our production partner in 7-10 business days, for $25.00 on orders of 25 or more Full-Size and Oversize pieces.

Orders of 50 or more Full-Size and Oversize pieces get Express Direct included, at no charge.

Every order ships tracked. Shipping is included in every price. We ship within the US only.

Holidays

Our production partner closes for major holidays, including Chinese New Year. When that affects your order, we post the dates in the banner at the top of every page.

Returns and reprint guarantee

Every transfer is custom made, so custom products are not returnable. Please do not mail anything back.

Reprint guarantee: if any transfer has a print defect, send a photo to orders@supplydtf.com within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint it free.

PAXEL Protect shipping protection

PAXEL Protect is our optional shipping protection. It is added to your cart by default and you can remove it with one click before checkout. The price depends on your order subtotal, from $1.55.

It covers orders lost in transit, stolen after the carrier marks them delivered, and damaged on arrival.

To claim, reply to your order email or use the site chat with your order number. A photo is required for damage. Claims must be made within 15 days of the delivery date or 30 days of the ship date.

An approved claim gets one free reshipment of the affected items. PAXEL Protect does not pay cash refunds.

Production disclosure

All transfers are printed by our overseas production partner, not in the US. Standard orders arrive at our Florida shop in one consolidated box and ship to you from there. Express Direct orders ship straight from the partner to you. Duties and import taxes are always included, so you are never billed on delivery.

Artwork and intellectual property

You own your artwork and you are responsible for it. By uploading a file, you represent that you own the rights to the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

DTF Supply Co. prints files as submitted. We do not review artwork for copyright, trademark or other rights.

You agree to indemnify DTF Supply Co. and its suppliers against any claim arising from the artwork you upload.

If we receive a complaint about an order's artwork, we may refuse or cancel the order and refund it.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, shipping address and uploaded artwork only to fulfill your order and contact you about it. We never sell your data. Artwork files are kept private and used only to print your order.

Terms

Prices are in USD and include US shipping. We print artwork exactly as supplied and scaled to your chosen width. We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution files or unwanted pixels in the artwork. Questions: orders@supplydtf.com.
